Our executive recruitment consultants typically have between 12 and 24 months of billing experience.
Senior / Principal / Executive recruitment consultants
Twenty-four months or more billing experience with additional experience in business development and mentoring colleagues.
Team Managers
Typically more than 24 months billing including experience in establishing, developing and supporting new teams.
Non-consultant roles
Professional support roles in all international MRL offices.

Our application process
If you’re interested in a career in executive recruitment with MRL, send a CV and covering letter to David Stone. Successful candidates will be contacted for an initial telephone discussion and individual interview plans arranged. Typically the process takes two weeks, but this can be adapted to suit individual needs. All candidates will have the opportunity to meet both senior management and consultants during the process.
