We value our staff, which is why we have such a high staff retention rate. As a specialist executive recruitment and search company we maintain a ‘no politics’ policy and a flat structure, encouraging freedom and inter-colleague support.

Providing extensive training
Training in executive recruitment at MRL covers both basic introductions and specific or advanced ‘bolt-on courses’. There are also cross-training opportunities for consultants to become experts in a niche discipline.
