David Stone – Chief Executive
David, a career recruiter since leaving university, co-founded MRL Group and helped spearhead its growth to pre-eminence in the European semiconductor market within three years. Building upon this initial success David has been the principal architect and driver behind the international growth, diversification and expansion strategy of MRL. This has included the opening of offices across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, the formation of MRL Financial and MRL Energy as well as creating the infrastructure to support a large, diversified and international business.
Jens Schulte - Managing Director, MRL Consulting GmbH
Jens, a recruitment specialist since graduating from university, gained extensive in-house and executive search experience before joining MRL in 2002. Focussing on technology recruitment throughout his career, he has gained in-depth expertise in the semiconductor, aerospace and defence industries. Jens has boosted MRL’s development in Central Europe since opening the first overseas office in Munich in 2004. As the Managing Director of MRL Consulting GmbH and a Director of the MRL Group he is one of the main drivers of our European growth.
Paul Sansbury - Non Executive Director
Paul founded MRL in 1997, having previously worked for a leading European technology recruiter. Paul’s expertise in the Central European technology market was the catalyst for turning MRL Group into a multinational enterprise. Paul is a fluent German speaker and has been pivotal in developing MRL’s international outlook on its business.
