I joined MRL in 1998 because I was attracted to the idea of becoming a niche industry recruitment specialist. I was the first consultant MRL Group ever hired and it’s been a very exciting proposition for me to be part of some ambitious growth plans. MRL has given me the chance to travel, learn about a lot of different industries and work in different countries, while developing my career. It’s always challenging but satisfying. Moving to Dubai and growing the business, where I’m based, has been particularly rewarding.

The company strikes the right balance between working hard and having fun and it’s a very non-political environment. We’re offered an industry-beating commission scheme for over-achievement, which is a huge incentive too.
