I joined MRL’s team of executive recruitment consultants in 2001, in charge of developing business across southern Europe. MRL’s high quality approach to the market and the world of professional headhunting completely won me over. I also quickly developed skills in sales, advanced negotiation, pro-activity and teamwork.

One of the most attractive aspects of working at MRL is that they encourage successful individuals to develop and nurture their ideas. The highlight of my career to date at MRL has to be the day I had a meeting with Paul, David and our FD to present my plans to open a new office on the French Cote d’Azur. The idea was adopted and we now have a team of successful consultants dedicated to developing the Technology market in Southern-Europe from Sophia Antipolis. Being part of an ambitious, fast growing organisation, whose success is recognised as essentially coming from its staff – that’s what makes MRL different.
